I understand that this registration holds a place for my child in the summer program at the UU church. My $50 deposit is non-refunable but will be put towards the balance of the total fees. In order for my child to participate I will be required to fill out a consent and participant information/health form before the start date.

Description

Registration for the SNO@UU program. Participant Information/Health and Consent forms will be sent at a later date.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at registration.
Program fees are on a sliding scale of $250-$350 per week
No child will be denied access to the program due to financial concerns. Please email Twinks@firstparishbrewster.org to discuss payment options.
The program runs 9-3 daily. Before-care from 8-9 can be added for $20 a day, and after-care 3-5 pm can be added for $35 a day.
